Year 5
Welcome to our 2024/2025 year 5 class page. Our class teacher for this year is Miss Moran and we are supported by the wonderful Miss Kenyon and Miss Wilson. In addition to Miss Moran, we are also taught by Edstart for some of our PE sessions, Mrs Townley for French and Bury Music Service for Music. Sow, Grow and Farm
PE Kit
PE is on Monday and Friday. Children must come to school wearing their PE kit.
Our school PE kit is:
- a white t-shirt
- black shorts
- pumps for indoors
- trainers of pumps for outdoors
- plain, black jogging bottoms
- Navy cardigan/sweatshirt
Branded sportswear and hoodies should not be worn.
Reading Books
Children should bring reading books and records to school every day. We place a big emphasis on reading and listen to the children as often as possible.
Children are expected to read at home 3 x weekly and have their reading record signed by an adult. These will be checked each Friday.
