At St Hilda’s we have a very wide and varied programme of sporting activities. We feel it is very important that children have the skills and knowledge to participate in a wide range of competitive and non-competitive activities during and after school, involving clubs and tournaments.

Edstart Gymnastics
Edstart gymnastics after school club
Our Year 3 and 4 children have been doing gymnastics with Edstart as a after school club. Each of the children have developed their skills including, coordination, balance, movement and agility. This has allowed them to create and perform routines with confidence.

Netball
Our year 4 and 5 children played in their first ever netball tournament and represented the school well. They lost their first game but came back fighting with a win. We are so proud and hope our children can continue to inspire others.
Gymnastics
This summer our children are having professional gymnastics sessions in association with Beth Tweddles Gym Stars. Each year group involved are working hard to improve their balance, coordination and agility.
Year 5 football competition
On Tuesday 8th May, our children represented the school in a regional football competition. They tried their very best, drawing all of their games. It was a really positive day for all involved.
Radcliffe Borough Football Tournament 2017 - Final
With the help of Radcliffe Borough Football Club, Cams Lane School hosted a small 7 a side football competition. Our Boys and Girls played hard coming in 2nd place. We are so proud of them!
